Dynamic meditation - Seonmudo (a Buddhist martial art) At Golgulsa Temple you can experience unique activities in the natural surroundings of beautiful Mt. Hamwolsan. One popular activity is Sunmudo, a traditional Korean meditative martial art. It consists of five separate but related activities: Seon meditation, Seon yoga, Seon qigong, Seon gymnastics, and Seon martial arts. It is a form of moving meditation that serves to develop mindfulness through motion. Other activities you can enjoy are: chanting, the practice of 108 prostrations,sitting and walking meditation, and a Seonmudo demonstration. (Except Mon. & Tue.) Get off “Andong/Girimsa/Golgusa (안동/기림사/골굴사).” There is a T-junction. You cross the road and go straight along with the street about 10~15 mins on foot.
