Operating Period [2020-02-18 ~ 2029-02-28]

A step back allows us to see things more clearly.
In many ways, this also reflects the state of our own mind.

If you are feeling worn out by repetitive daily life
or searching for answers to lingering concerns,
why not take a moment to step away
and spend some time for yourself?

Listen to the clear sound of the wooden moktak in the Dharma hall,
breathe in the gentle fragrance of incense,
and savor simple temple food
as you gently turn your attention to the present moment—
“now,” “here,” and “yourself.”

At Haeinsa Temple,
may you experience true rest through mindful awareness,
release the stress and fatigue of daily life,
and renew your energy for the days ahead.
