1. There is suffering. 2. There is the cause of suffering. 3. There is the cessation of suffering. 4. There is the ways of the cessation of suffering.
He thought suffering comes from our way of understanding world.
We have problem in the process of knowing things.
Through practicing Meditation, we can understand the reality of the world, not the concept or the perception and we can get insight of the Truth based upon Wisdom grown by practice.

- It is a meditation program that runs every Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in English.
- There you can practice sitting and walking meditation and have interviews and dhamma talk.
- Participation fee is free of charge but donations are recommended.
- Beginners are required to arrive by 6:30 p.m. for a 30-minute orientation.

(10–15 min walk) From Omokgyo Station (오목교역) - Line 5, Exit 8, go straight until you see KB Bank (국민은행). Turn left and walk straight toward Mokdong Middle School (목동중학교). Cross the crosswalk, and you will find the International Seon Center, a unique building inspired by the 9-story pagoda of Hwangnyongsa Temple.
